TASMA has made it much easier to fill out the Request for Coordination form.
One form instead of four. Download the following form for coordination and/or complaints. Send it to the address above.
RFC and interference forms require signatures. Scanned versions of those forms are acceptable as long as they have a valid signature and the document is easily readable. Scanned version of the forms can be emailed to RFC@tasma.org, or Interference@tasma.org.
