The update for Beckman ARC on 147.285/147.885 was approved.
The committee voted to rescind the test granted to the Hilltop ARC on 146.660/146.060 due to unresponsiveness in supplying all the items on the RFC in a timely manner. W6GIC and KB6MCU abstained on the vote.
The Update was accepted from James Osmen, Santa Clarita, on 146.190/146.790.

The Update from Richard Eastwood on 147.600/147.000 on McCoy Mountain was accepted.
Regarding the RFC from Teddy Lavitoria, KN6NA for coordination on 146.820: it was decided that TASMA could not coordinate anyone that close to Mexico on that frequency due to a provision in the Bandplan as follows, "By agreement with Mexico, 146.82 and 146.91 MHz are operated on a shared basis with limited range Southern California operations..." It was suggested that KN6NA should try to find another frequency. A letter will be sent to that effect.
Two letters from KA6DLX were read. It was decided by the Technical Committee that a letter should be sent by the Secretary telling KA6DLX that his repeater is not coordinated.
