1. The meeting was called to order by Bob NO6B at 12:12 PM.
2. Howard KG6GI to dialog with Jim to create proper E-Mail List.
3. Issue with Technical Committee Meeting.
   1. Gary W6NYV voiced the opinion that the Technical Committee Meetings of March 27 and May 22 were not valid because there was no quorum.
   2. Bob NO6B stated that the March 27 meeting was valid and the May 22 meeting is not a valid meeting because it did not have a quorum.
   3. Mike WW6MM Made a motion, Second by Pat KC6ACL. The Motion, was to void decision of de-coordination of K6ENS at 145.360. The Technical Committee to review the issue and interested parties can attend. Vote 3-0.
   4. Skip WB6YMH made a presentation to the Board with the following key points:
      1. Matt made an offer to maintain the repeater and therefore knew Skip had the repeater.
      2. No 90 day notice of intent to de-coordinate K6ENS at 145.360 was provided.
4. Results. Bob, NO6B called for a motion. Mike, WW6MM made the following motion, and second by Pat KC6ACL.
   1. Void the decision of the technical committee to de-coordinate K6ENS at 145.360.
   2. Do more research on dispositions of coordinations when the current owner becomes a silent key; not enough research done in this case.
   3. Send a standard intent to decoordinate letter estate of the trustee with in 60 days, none sent in this case.
      Vote 2-1
