Meeting called to order at 1:10 PM by Chairman Bob Dengler
Old Business:
- Treasurer Mike Marin reported continued difficulty in accessing the TASMA FTP server to transfer membership files from his personal computer to the server. Mike will follow up with the TASMA Internet Services Manager Jim Fortney K6IYK.
New Business:
- The April newsletter was reviewed. Some old items from the December 2003 annual meeting were found in the April general meeting agenda & were removed.
- Member-at-Large Howard Brown expressed the need to secure meeting locations for the August general & December annual meeting. Bob Dengler will follow up.
- Technical Committee: forms and policies:
- Chairman Bob Dengler stated that interference verification form ICR-02 is now obsolete & will be removed from the TASMA web page. In addition, interference complaint guidelines form ICG-01 & interference complaint form ICR-01 needed revision. A suggested inclusive replacement was presented, combining the complaint form & guidelines into a single document, ICR-01. Treasurer Mike Marin proposed adding a field to ICR-01 to indicate what repeater was causing the reported interference. The new ICR-01 form will be phased in pending review by the Technical Committee.

- Chairman Bob Dengler submitted a proposed addition to the "Request for Coordination Procedure", adding the following text to Part E:
"The Technical Committee shall offer to the denied applicant the option of his or her application being placed on a coordination waiting list. Whenever the Technical Committee completes the processing of a change or termination of coordination that results in an unused repeater channel in a significant geographic area previously covered by the changed/terminated coordination, each applicant on the waiting list will be considered in chronological order based on the date of receipt of the RFC."
A motion to accept this addition was made by Howard Brown, seconded by Mike Marin. Motion passed by vote of 3-0-0.
- A reference to an "interference committee" in Part E was discovered by Pat Finke. A motion to remove this reference was made by Pat Finke, seconded by Mike Marin. Motion passed by vote of 3-0-0.
- Motion to adjourn was made & accepted at 3:10 PM.
