Driving Instructions: To reach the Marie Callender's location, exit at Victora Avenue from the 101 Freeway, and go north from the freeway on Victoria, proceeding until Ralston Avenue is reached. Make a left there, and proceed to Gaviota Avenue, the street just past the parking lot of the shopping center, turn right onto Gaviota, and proceed up the street until Marie Callender's is in sight. It is at the end of Gaviota. Alternately, proceed past Ralston on Victoria until you reach the major intersection where Telephone Rd. crosses Victoria, and make a U-turn to proceed south on Victoria, where one may then make a right turn on Gaviota to get to the location. The restaurant/sign is clearly visible from the road. These directions should work for those coming from the direction of Los Angeles or from Santa Barbara. Unfortunately, Gaviota Ave. is not accessible while driving northbound on Victoria.

    1. Insert Article II Section 2 Paragraph b to read: "Nominees for any TASMA officer position shall have maintained continuous membership for at least one year and be at least 18 years of age at the commencement of term of office." The former paragraph b is renumbered c, former paragraph c is renumbered d, and former paragraph d is renumbered e.

Add Article IV Section 1 paragraph 6 to read: "For purposes of determining a quorum, annual, general and special meetings shall require the lesser of 15 members, or a 10 percent attendance of the regular members in good standing to conduct business. Board meetings shall require a majority attendance of the officers, and committee meetings shall require a majority attendance of the committee members.

    These two proposals will be voted on separately at the meeting. Absentee ballots clearly indicating a vote for or against each issue may be mailed or e-mailed to the TASMA Secretary. Each ballot must contain your callsign & signature. This means that ballots e-mailed must be scanned & e-mailed as an attachment. Ballots must be received no later than Wednesday, April 10th.
